ABOUT ME

Film, as an art and as a tool, is my one great passion. And the fact that I'm a member of this site definitely means travelling comes as a very close second. A wandering soul, I am...but not of the aimless type. I somehow, luckily, still find myself on "the path" no matter how many times I get lost or fall off from it.

I love spontaneity, though I'm not always spontaneous, and so thoroughly enjoy it when I find myself being part of it. I LOVE surprises!

I also tend to over-laugh, and over-dance, and over-drink, and, well, I guess just enjoy life!!!

I've hosted and been hosted, have met wonderful people who've become great friends, and still keep meeting really interesting folks who can share so much of themselves in a matter of hours... overall an amazing experience!!!

Interests

I'm interested in MAGIC!!!

I just realized how the mundane interests me deeply, specially those that are so ordinary they're practically invisible. I feel like something very important is being kept from me... I want to know everything!!!

I love Europe, and find the idea of "borders" really interesting...esp. crossing borders (i.e.- crossing cultural borders). Though I believe the world could do with much less of them... or none at all.

I'm interested in people who are interested. Disinterested people bore me.

I'm (still) amazed by how much more one could learn about people and cultures by knowing another language. Like secret doors being opened!

Sunrise.. Sunset... always so inspiring.
I've pondered over life (mine and others') while watching the sunset from the top of Angkor Wat in Cambodia. =)
