ABOUT ME

I've always been an adventurer at heart, but for most of my young life I was very cautious. I'm learning now to be more outgoing, and thusly learning how to follow my dreams (there are indeed certain bits of dream-following that certain people have to "learn"). I've always passioned over the thought of traveling the world, and learning new people, and meeting new ideas. It's time for me to commence these dreams and let life begin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first year of college I couch surfed between friends because I couldn't stand my roommate, however I am newer to the bigger picture.

Interests

I love stories. I love to read, listen, tell, and write. More than just the occasional writing though, I want to make my living doing it. Stories are what make the world go round. This is also why I have an interest in the different religions of the world. I love all the different mythologies and beliefs.

Music, Movies, and Books

Neil Gaiman is my hero. His book, American Gods, is one of my favorite books. My other favorite is Arabian Nights. When it comes to movies I love the classics: Casablanca,Breakfast at Tiffany's, Ocean's 11 (the origional), etc. Though I like old movies, I'm not a movie buff. With music I listen to various genres, but if you want to get me dancing or singing alone you usually have to play some Rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Things I've seen that have left me awestruck...

1.Twisting through the country roads of Indiana, while gazing at the rising and falling hills of red-orange Autumn leaves.

2.My first shooting star.

3. Watching two lovers crying in each others arms.

Teach, Learn, Share

Santarian women have possession parties, during which they have a party and get possessed by spirits. It is considered divination since the spirits give prophesies and knowledge.
