I'm a 28-year-old communications specialist, with a passion for travel, and have lived in way too many places to keep track of.

My service dog in-training, Freddie, has been accompanying me on my more recent travels. :-)

At the moment, I'm pursuing study to become a doctor so I can help fellow chronically ill folks like me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started couch surfing a few years ago to write an article about how to go travelling in Europe with only €65 in your pocket. I met some great people while doing it and so have couch surfed some more.

This time, I'm looking for a place to stay for a couple of weeks while I look for a permanent home in the city.

Interests

I'm an LGBTI+ activist, a hiker, and I play guitar. I used to be a busker on Grafton Street (like Glen Hansard). And I have an awesome doggo!

I love Queen! And lately, more pop-type music. I'm enjoying the show Pose at the moment. I can't remember the last book I read, lol, but I'm very into online research.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago I set up a support and advocacy organisation for gender diverse folks. It was really helpful for the community, and for me as I needed community support too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could help you with learning some British Sign Language, as that's one of my passions at the moment.

I can also share information about LGBTQI+ activism.

I'm also a huge sponge for knowledge on chronic illness. So can answer lots of your questions on that stuff.

Plus, I used to work as a cleaner, so can do bits and pieces of cleaning around the house. And I love to cook (veggie and vegan too!)
