About Me

Instagram:Hak.cek

**ATTENTION!**
🚨 This is not dating apps. Please respect that I have a fiancé. While I appreciate the compliments, I only seek brotherly relationships with male hosts and guests. Treat me as your sister—please write "Dear sister" in your request!

🆘 I will do my best to help in emergencies in my town.

🙏🏻I’d like to host or meet humble individuals who respect cultural differences and are eager to learn. As Confucius said, "When I walk along with two others, they may serve as my teachers." I believe I can learn from everyone I meet.

👩🏻 A Little About Me!
🇭🇰 I’m from Hong Kong. Many don’t acknowledge it as part of China, making my identity a complex question. Personally I don’t like answering the question when people ask me “where you are from“. I consider myself as a global citizen.

🌏Before the pandemic, I traveled extensively over 70 countries in five years.

👋🏼 I consider myself well-mannered, as reflected in many sincere CS references about me. I have a variety of hobbies, but at the moment, I've been concentrating on my spiritual development through mindfulness practices and reading psychological books on the subconscious and self-improvement. For living, I run a business focused on Indian clothing and jewelry. (In the past, I worked in airline.) For leisure, I enjoy watching a wide range of movies and documentaries all over the world.

✏️You can call me Kaka or Homa.
👧🏻 My old name is Kaye (found in my references). In Cantonese culture, we duplicate names (Kaka) to show closeness. Why it becomes old name, I will tell you.
🦛 My close ones call me "Homa," which means "Hippo" in Cantonese.
🕌 My Muslim friends and colleagues call me "Basmah," meaning "smile."
🗣️ With so many names, feel free to pick one. Hakuna matata!

**Some Common Sense!**
📝 I don’t like planning; it often leads to frustration. However, I prepare for new travels by learning about cultures and history through films and advice from experienced travelers.

🐶 Sometimes I may offend unintentionally; just like when people ask me “do you eat dog?” Not all Chinese eat dogs—I love them! 🥹 It is also prohibited in my city.

😪 I’m human and can get tired after a long day. So I couldn’t always be cheerful and sociable all the time. Please consider that’s not rude….

🫡 Respect is essential. Be open-minded (I try). No one is perfect; friendship is built on respect and tolerance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many… I don’t want to pick one
-I just changed my last name when I was 29 year-old. I followed my mum’s family name and I chose my first name by myself. So I’m not called “Kayee” anymore actually. The reason of name change is interesting if you are interested to know.

- I divorced and I understand what I’m truly looking for in my life… don’t be fooled by society and blindly follow& fulfil other people expectation

- when I was 20 I have started to travel alone but most of people opposed me just because I am a female. But I still think it’s one of the best decision I made. Before 26-year-old, I have traveled to more than 70 counties

- I published a book about my travel stories

- I make lots of close and good friends from my travel and many of them still keep in touch with me and we met not only once. This is incredible. I cherish these friendships.

Teach, Learn, Share

Stay humble I will learn the things you share to me.
It will be great to exchange cooking
Food is the best way to share culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

-Maybe TROUBLE😂
-Lost a lot of hair (I will pick up all… if you have vacuum it will help I’m sorry)

Okay, seriously,

-Respect
-Stories
-Food (I’m quite a good cook) and authentic Chinese tea ceremony
-Oriental astrology
-My photography
