ABOUT ME

I am a creative body worker and teacher (Yoga, Pilates, dance, choreography).
Main characteristics: good listener, easy to talk to, love laughing and joking, sensitive, passionate in general, loud voice and personality, weakness for creative dressing/clothes, like to boast sometimes (mostly about myself), un-shy, sugar-addict ("clean" at the moment), prone to reclusion (hermit) and drum 'n bass lover.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I moved to Zurich a year ago and I couch surfed for the first time in my life as I was looking for a room here. Great experience! My hosts made my flat hunting time so much easier, and they trusted me with their homes one hundred percent!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have only couch surfed here in Zurich, will definitely do it again, and once I have my own place I will be very happy to host!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the trust, love and potential in the eyes, bodies and minds of the children I have done yoga with in the poverty and violence stricken townships/communities of Khayelitsha and Lavender Hill in Cape Town South Africa. That experience left me radically changed in my brain, heart, nerves and guts. My encounter with them changed my life forever. I am ever thankful to the teachers who stay in the system to keep teaching, a task of epic proportions.
