I am an English major and am also double minoring in history and medieval/Renaissance studies. I will be finished with my undergraduate degree by the end of the summer and I will be teaching and taking classes for my master's degree in the fall. I love traveling and learning about the area's culture(s) and history.

I enjoy traveling and do it as much as possible. I would like to meet new people while I travel so my adventures feel more authentic and less like a touristy vacation. I am never opposed to site-seeing, but the locals favorite spots are always the best! I love eating and trying out local wines and drinks.

I have always, and will always, love the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. I enjoy reading most books that are about history, adventures, or fairytales.

Music-wise, I will listen to about anything. I love anything with a good beat that I can dance to.

Almost any movie will do as entertainment, but I cannot watch horror films alone.

I've traveled a lot so it is hard to choose my favorite adventure, but level 4/5 white-water rafting in Montana (USA) with my mom was one of my most memorable trips.

I spent over a month in Israel and the West Bank during summer 2017 working with a non-profit and I loved it. The non-profit I traveled with set me up with a number of other groups so I was able to work with even more people and hear their stories face-to-face.
