Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started hosting in 2007 while attending college in St. Louis. This site introduced me to so many amazing people from all over the world and ignited my interest in travel. I started out surfing around the USA and eventually spent some time surfing in Spain and Portugal while living in Europe.

Couchsurfing, for me, has always been about cultural exchange, personal connections, and friendships. I look forward to meeting more people in Spain this year!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed to the top of the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan in Mexico (with the hangover of the century) and didn't fall off.

Celebrating New Year's Eve under the Eifel Tower by popping champagne in the company of the best sister in the whole world!

Seeing a glacier in Iceland. Wowza.

Every time I travel to a new place and meet new people I tend to think it is the most amazing place in the entire world.....I have had a lot of "most amazing night ever" moments ;)

Almost everything is worth learning. I can share myself--my life, my thoughts, my experiences-- with you. I hope you will in return!

What I Can Share with Hosts

For hosts, I can cook you a meal, buy you some drinks, or name my first child after you. ;)

I am unable to host at this time because of my roomie situation, but I would love to show people around my new city, Alcala de Henares. I can direct you (or accompany you!) to excellent tapas, good coffee, and good company!
