I am a Michigander looking for a fresh start in Portland, OR. I am moving out there for this start in order to give my son a better life than the one I can provide around Detroit. I am moving out there with my left hand man, Ian, who will be out in the city looking for jobs and a home with me during the month of July. We are both very friendly, outgoing, open minded people who get along with just about everyone we meet.

I am on couchsurfing in search of an inexpensive roof (or roofs) during the month of July to have a place to call base camp while my companion and I familiarize ourselves with the city, search for jobs and go on interviews, and hunt for a place to call our own. I am also here to meet new people in this town that I hope to call home.
