ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Los Angeles and moved to the bay area 6 1/2 years ago for work.

I work in Finance and feel lucky to have a job that I love. I live alone in Twin Peaks (above castro), with an amazing view of the city. This is the place i enjoy to be the majority of the time.

I enjoy traveling, going out to dinner, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, museums, and anything outdoorsy and fun. Suggest something to do and I might just be willing to do it!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was very skeptical hosting people on my own, especially bc I live alone. My friend introduced me to CS, and at the beginning, I would allow him to host travelers first. I would meet them, decide if there was a connection, and ultimately offer them a place to stay. After 4-5 times of going through this process, I decided to create an account and i have been very lucky to have met great people.

I am still a bit nervous and have trust issues hosting people from the get go. So, I do my due diligence before I respond to a request. The more references you have on your profile, the easier will be to offer you a place, and I don’t mean references from your friends back home, schoolmates, or family members- those do not count.

NO SMOKERS! I am sensitive to the smell, even if you have 1 cigarette a day, if it gets on your clothes or even if you shower my sensitive nose will smell it, and most likely WE WILL NOT GET ALONG- NO EXCEPTIONS!

I can only host ONE person at a time, surprises of two people and you will be asked to leave all together.
