Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My whole life I've wanted to travel, not just to see new things but to meet new, interesting, different people and experience different ways of living. As I started to travel, I realized that the traditional methods of travel aren't made for people who want to travel like me. Luxury hotel stays and days lounging at the resort beach always seemed inauthentic to me. Through experience and advice from other travelers I realized that the only way to truly experience a place is to stay with real people, in a real home. So that's why I'm on Couchsurfing, to meet real people and to really experience new places.

Interests

Martial arts is a broad topic, kung fu is my primary martial art 😊

Philosophy was probably my favorite school subject/hobby. Specifically eastern philosophy.
