HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted, I've surfed... fun times to be had.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
- Made lots of vegetarian pasta bolognese, bummed around in lots of VWs, and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets with equally beautiful people (though mostly Argentinos) all over Brazil
- Brewed award-winning beer and chased turtles with new friends in Hawaii
- Some awesome guys in Buenos Aires saved me from (unjustly) being kicked out of my home and having to pay my sneaky study abroad intermediary extra housing fees.
- I met a very outgoing talking parrot and his musically talented owner in Iceland.
- I enjoyed great conversation and Danish "fish face" shots in Copenhagen.
- My friends and I got a penthouse apartment to ourselves in Portland, OR.
- My roommates and I shared poutine (a Quebecois drunk-food delicacy) with bandmates from VT at 2 am in our living room.
