I am an ESL Teacher currently teaching in Chiba, Japan. I have a passion for travel, people and languages. I find that the best experiences in life come from good people surrounded with good food and laughter. I am passionate about living a rich, full, life and helping other people do the same along the way.

I love people and I love exploring different cultures the local way. I want to connect with local people for a more cultural experience, gain friendships, and personalize my traveling as I make my way currently through Asia.

I love to eat healthy and work out every day, and finding new restaurants and cooking is one of my favorite things to do! When I travel, I love to enjoy the local cuisine and I eat just about EVERYTHING. I love to be adventurous.

I've studied meditation and eastern medicine on my own for many years now and am looking to go back to school to pursue this path in the near future :)

Attending a meditation retreat for 7 days, meditating with Buddhist Monks every day was one of the most amazing, transformational things I've ever done. It took all the willpower I had to meditate 6+ hours a day, not eat after noon, and stick to a very strict schedule. By far, one of the greatest things I've done.
