I want to see art and create art. I am searching for inspiration and trying to improve my understanding of the world.

ABOUT ME

I prefer art of the human form, but I also love the shapes of the sea. I think like an artist, almost constantly. I do not cook more than necessary, but I do wash dishes. I love to dance. I like singing too, but try to keep that "gift" to myself. I try not to sweat the small stuff.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to explore more of Europe in the summer of 2010 to learn more about art and work as a street painter (una madonnara, as I am called in Italy). So, perhaps I can try to CS for the first time.
At the moment, I do not have a place of my own to be able to invite anyone.
However, perhaps you would be interested in being my friend on Facebook. I am more active there.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am totally new at this, although I have met couchsurfing travellers through friends who hosted in Florence, Italy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with dolphins and sea turtles and more in Hawai'i. I have hiked to the top of a "14er" in Colorado - a mountain whose peak is taller than 14,000 feet. I stood inside of a cloud and looked directly at the sun on a cliff in Oregon.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach anatomy for sculptors and I also teach sculpting the human figure, and sculpting in stone. I would like to improve my language skills, namely in Italian and French.
