About Me

Many of my friends call me a bro-chick because I am the laid back, anything-goes kind of girl. Combine a chill California surfer dude with New York's sassiness and sarcasm, you've got me. I can carry a conversation about anything and everything, and I'm super curious and eager to learn everything I can about the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This would be my first time couchsurfing, and I'm so excited to see what it will turn out to be! I've always thought hotel rooms were too cold and lonely. When I first discovered this network, I was in awe of the vast potential this website could create for travelers around the world. Now that I will finally be doing some international adventuring, I cannot think of a better way to connect with locals and share some exciting memories.

Interests

There is nothing I love more than adventures. I love to experience new things and learning about what the world has to offer. Whether it be art, music, cars, driving, hiking, biking, drinking, and most importantly.. eating–fascination and intrigue is what I live for. My friends and family have always jokingly urged me to make my career in food because of how obsessed I am with it, but I don't think I can be on Anthony Bourdain's level. Consider me a cultured glutton.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have recently been into tropical house music a lot. I do, for the most part, like everything, as long as it's not too noisy. Nothing like good old fashioned music, though. September (Earth, Wind, and Fire) and Dancing in the Moonlight are my favorite songs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Pack up my life and move to New York. I don't know if it can be considered amazing, but I came chasing a dream and now I'm living it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a little about a lot. As an excellent conversationalist, I don't know what our conversations will be like or what we might end up talking about, but I guarantee a good one! ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything you may be interested in from New York, lots of random facts, and definitely food and drinks if you're up for it.

France, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand
