ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Kimberlie. I am a 21 year old traveler. In my free time I am a college student, but what I love to do is travel the world. I have been to eighteen countries on four continents. I love to experience culture, learn languages and get to know people from all over the world. My life passion is to bring the love of Jesus to the whole world, but don't worry I'm not all in-your-face about it. I am currently living in Germany, but sadly only have a month left here. I plan to come back after I graduate from college in 2012, and live somewhere in Europe for at least another six months. I am from California, and love to travel around the USA. But somehow I do not get around America nearly as often as I get around the rest of the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a new member here. As a traveler during hard economic times, I have been striving to find free/cheap places to stay. This website seems like a great way to do that! I would love to host someone, but am currently living in a small apartment that barely has enough room for me. Maybe when I move back to the States I will have room for someone! But I would love to have coffee with you and show you around my town!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had no official CouchSurfing experiences, but I have, of course, stayed at many people's houses during my travels. One of the things I love most about this is getting to know the locals. I love getting to know the culture, trying the food, and have someone to show me around or at least tell me about the best places t ogo!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh wow so many things I have done...probably my current favorite is that about three weeks ago, in one day, I personally drove 800 kilometers through three different countries, each of which speaks a different language and has different laws and culture!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn: Everything about culture, language and religion.
What I have to share: What The USA is really like. I have found that the world has a scewed view of America and her people. I would love to share with you what we are really like :)
