CURRENT MISSION

To discover the life I've always wished to live, but was to wrapped up in papers, projects, tests, and all the other bogus stuff that comes from being a lifelong student. I want to teach. To inspire. To continue dreaming. To never stop learning.

ABOUT ME

I dig hanging out with kids. My biggest passion is education. I can't wait to be a teacher and am so far enjoying all of my pre-service experiences.

I like being close to my family and always having a support group of friends close by. While I never wish to return to my home town to live, I appreciate its simplicity and constant predictability.

I can't stand the thought of leaving Bloomington... so I might stick around after college. Hopefully land an amazing teaching opportunity.

I love walking. I love taking pictures. I love meeting new people, traveling to new places, and having my beliefs and understandings challenged. I enjoy sleeping. I hate shopping. I can't go a day without a big glass of water. I wish I was able to live in the moment more than I do. There's just so much to look forward to... I forget to enjoy what is in the here and now.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a baby to the CS2 Project. I would love to house future surfers and hope to crash a couple of couches this year with my future international traveling plans. Watch out! The Crazy Hannon women are coming atcha!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had any yet... but my fingers are crossed that the friendly folks in Ireland are interested.

兴趣

Almost anything interests me... if I don't know it, I want to learn it and I'd much rather learn it from someone then from a book or on my own. I have an appreciation for anything that challenges me, makes me think differently, or makes me reason against myself.

In general... I like... hiking, being one with nature, daydreaming on the beach, reading a good book, attempting to be good at taking pictures, making art, teaching, eating ice cream, drinking hot chocolate, eating chocolate, hanging out with good people...
