Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I'm brand new to this thing, and am not sure how I will use it. I think I would be more likely to host people in the near future, rather than plan months ahead. Also, since I'm new, I will probably be cautious and only accept requests from people who are verified.

Some more specific hints if you're thinking of sending me a couch request:
- 2-3 days stay max
- If your trip is more than a week in the future, the best response you'll get from me is "maybe". I won't know for sure until the week before.
- If I see a lack of verified address, references or other safeguards, I'll decline and tell you why. Don't take it personally!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted a few times, haven't surfed yet.

Interests

I enjoy kitesurfing and do it as often as possible. I also snowboard during the winter, and indoor rock climb from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kiting under the Golden Gate Bridge.
Watching the sun come up from the top of Corona Heights park.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll tell you about the city's museums.
I'll recommend you rent a bike and ride up the Embarcadero across the Golden Gate Bridge.
I'll lend you my book of SF stairway hikes.
I'll tell you about four of my favorite tacquerias, and insist that you try a burrito while you're visiting the Mission.
I'll show you a hidden alley nearby, covered in murals end-to-end.
