I had few wonderful early experiences on this site over ten years ago. I'm currently not in a position to host since I have a toddler and will be traveling for research, but I hope to share more hospitality at some point in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Overcoming tourism, exploration of Guy Debord and the French Situationists, and a realization that travel can be a kind of experiential "pilgrimage" when done in accordance with one's true will.

So far I've had many experiences, all extremely positive and life-changing. Also, quite a few got me out of a pickle or two.
