I'm young and eager to see and experience everything I can. I lived in the same house from the time I came home from the hospital to the time I moved up to university. I've always been yearning to explore. I love politics and history, geography and culture. I'm a big Bob Dylan fan and an avid reader of Tolkien. Battlestar Galactica and Mad Men are probably my favorite TV shows. I go to Bonnaroo every year. I play guitar, not very well--despite playing for eight years--and I enjoy just about every kind of music to some degree.

I love meeting new people from all walks of life and I hope I'm a good listener. I love both dogs and cats, but I have a special place in my heart for reptiles of all kinds. Astronomy is a big interest of mine, thanks to Carl Sagan. I'm on reddit more often than I should be, but whatever.

I love to cook, and I love to share stories. If you've ever wanted to try some Southern food or some really tasty cheesecake, I'm your guy. I also worked as a dishwasher for a couple of years, so while I'm at your place, or if you're at mine, you don't need to worry about the dishes!
