I'm loyal, honest, really fun and a little stubborn. I'm very opinionated about politics and environmental ideals but I can be very quiet at times. I like to learn and observe and I have an artistic streak. I love my home state, but I must travel as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first heard about couchsurfing in 2009 from some awesome surfers at a CS Halloween party in Seattle. I started couchsurfing myself in March 2010. I WWOOFed, camped and couchsurfed for 7.5 months across the united States. I finally fulfilled my dream of moving to Portland and have been here 10.5 months.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've mostly had really great couch surfing experiences. I've found wonderful hosts in Fresno, CA, Bullhead City, Tempe, Tucson and Flagstaff, Arizona, Cortez and Durango, Colorado, Taos, Santa Fe and Alamogordo, New Mexico, Colorado City, Texas, Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee, Asheville, North Carolina, Roanoke and Charlottesville, Virginia, Washington, D. C., Harrisburg, PA, New York, New York, New Haven, Connecticut, Ogden, Utah and Boise, Idaho.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nature leaves me the most awestruck. My favorite views have been from the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the top of Yosemite and Zion.
