Well, I think I'm just a regular Australian girl. I've had a massive passion for all things travel since I was 21. I lived in Europe for 5 years and have travelled A LOT. My absolute favourite trip was my solo 8 month adventure around Canada, the US and South America. Nature is just incredible 😍 At the moment I'm planning a two month trip through Nepal and India and Im hoping to hike to Everest base camp... Let's see!

In 2017 I relocated to Melbourne and I love it here. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been doing Couchsurfing for years now and I love it! There is no better way to connect with people, share in their life stories and enjoy the company of new friends when you are busy exploring the world.

Even if I cant offer my place for travelers to stay, I often meet up with people who are staying in my home city, for coffee, drinks or a fun adventure.

I believe in good karma and that sharing the joys of travel with others is nourishing for the soul. It is for me anyway :)

Interests

Travel is my biggest passion in life. Its what I go to work for every day and what I spend all of my savings on... I cant imagine my life without a grand adventure on the horizon.

Im also a big foodie and am always on the lookout for a great new restaurant or bar. I love fine dining, margaritas or just a few beers somewhere in the sun.

Take me anywhere with art or live music and I'll have found my happy place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't only choose one!

- Living and working in three different countries before the age of 25.
- Volunteering in the Costa Rican jungle on a research and conservation project.
- Backpacking around South America as a solo female.
- Visiting the temples of Angkor and the pyramids of Giza.
- Exploring the Great Wall of china
- Sky-diving and bungy jumping in Australia
- Summer solstice at Stonehenge
- Staying in an Ayurvedic yoga retreat and exploring the backwaters of India
- Scuba diving in Indonesia
- 4wding across Chile and Bolivia
- Full moon party in Thailand
- New Years Eve at a rooftop bar in Times Square, New York
- Hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
- Quitting basically every job I've ever had to go travelling or move to another city!

Teach, Learn, Share

The Couchsurfing network provides an awesome platform for like minded people to share and teach others not only about other cultures and a way of life, but also the very basic things that make us human.

Connecting in this way reminds me that 99.99999999% of people out there are wonderful and kind hearted. It also teaches me that I have so much still to learn from others and that new friends are truly everywhere.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If my hosts love to share the place they call home as much as I do, I genuinely know the feeling of fulfilment it brings to show others the beauty and adventures on our very doorstep which many people take for granted.

At least with me you will know how much your time and effort to share your home will be appreciated!

I'm also a great cook, a terrible singer, an awesome story teller, I'm very tidy but somehow I manage to use a lot of cups in one day... I don't mind washing them though ;)
