I like to walk pilgrimages, im now doing my 3rd, most times it takes me around 40 days to fully enjoy the experience. I love doing it solo,but also like to meet locals.

I can be as silent, meditative and chill as u like. Or chatty, Happy and have deep conversations. Offcourse also depending on how intense my walk was that day.

Im a caretaker of people with dementia and work in families helping with the kids. And live in a big Community of 40, all normal;) but sharing space.

I start walking 29 september from the monestry in Fondi, Latina. And want to walk till Santa Maria del Leuca. Around 800 km. But no plans no rush, adventure.

Thankful molto, if i can stay on ur couch. Im learning Italian. Im a beginner of ur amazing language.

Im apparantly on here since 2008 and never really used it. Although i would have loved to. I never lived in a place where it was easy to host or it just didnt happen, also not in the world. Hope it doesnt stop you from inviting me.

Im trying to have a long stretch, so i cant afford to much on accomodation, Covid also hasnt been kind to my savings.. So i thougt i give Couchsurfing a try.

Im a mixture of wild/happening and peacefull/meditative. Since im 30, a little layer of peace came over me, and after always been interested and busy with silent, silence retreats, meditation, spirituality, now i can also really practise it.

So i can be as quite as a mouse, or great company and great fun.

Teaching in South Africa. That was such a deep knowing i belonged there. Great to work in remote areas with children.

Camino Santiago. This path is so amazingly healing and powerful. Plus 40 days in nature, meeting the most amazing souls, with just a few kilos as total possesion.

I have amazing memories of Maroc, the Sahara, the Atlas, Essaouria.
