Im launching on a journey around the world with no end date! Starting August 6th in London, then I will definitely hit:Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Paris, Turkey, Brussels, Scotland, and wherever the winds of opportunity lead me.

I am traveling with my business as a Group Adventure Coach, bringing people I meet on walks or hikes through nature as physically intense peak experiences alongside teaching points of discovering your highest values, and using them as a compass for living a fulfilling life. With moments of singing and dancing!

Im also traveling with my ukulele and have a dream of performing on as many stages in front of as many audiences as I can! Evolving my skills as a performer, entertainer along the way.

Im traveling the world and I will be selling movement and mind exercise programs. Which means I will be on the move weekly. It would be too limiting to rent an apt during this. And I love people! I want to meet more of you and learn what "normal" is to you! I want to cook for you and laugh and be merry. I would love to have conversations with you in your native tongue! I wish to learn of people from every culture and grow my understanding and caring for people in every stage of life.

As of october 2016 ive spent just over 4 years as a volunteer mentor and group leader with the organization Colorado Youth At Risk. During this time i've supported teenagers by being there for them and listening, and being a caring and interested in their life adult! Just being interested in them has been such an amazing impact on their desire to open up about whats going on in their lives so they ask for help!

I teach productivity habits, along with habits for freedom of expression, killing judgement of self and others, and movement coaching for aligning your posture and gaining muscle efficiency. I am learning violin, dance therapy, I am learning to speed read, speak Italian, how to play my ukulele, take vocal lessons. I love to share a good laugh, powerful conversations about what is most important to you and what actions can keep you enjoying a life in alignment with them! And I am a sucker for a good cookie or beatboxing session.
