I'm a super active and energetic person who likes to make the most out of life... After all, we've only got one shot of it right?

My hobbies include cabaret performing, burlesque, fire and circus type shenanigans, roller derby for the best league in the world (VRDL - yeeooww), horseriding, travel/music writing (I'm a former music journo) and of course travel - while I am a travel agent by day, that still can't stifle the itch I get about every 4 years. Hence why I'm back on couchsurfing and looking for some new buddies and experiences to forge in all the interesting corners of this earth.

I've had 2 relationships in my life - 1 with a man, 1 with a woman. Both have taught me valuable lessons. But the biggest lesson I aim to teach other people by knowing me is that labels are shit.

Hoping i can provide a few days of laughter and good times if the right person offers their couch! I'd much prefer having the chance to meet people with similar philosophies as me, particularly in terms of trusting, respecting and caring for one another - ie CS!

How I do NOT particpate... by using CS as a dating site. Tindr exists as a separate app for a reason and I'm still not on it - yay for resistance!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have so far had some brilliant CS hosts in Europe and South America and am sure I'll continue to do so...

Couchsurfers are a special breed of people - but not because they are part of a members-only community. Those with this mentality degrade what this site is trying to do... it is all about openness and acceptance. That is where it began and where it should always be. Peace.

Intereses

Open to all the new experiences and opportunities this world can throw at me... Who knows where I'll end up this time. I have unpaid leave for as long as I want so I'm keen to make the most of it 😄

music: so varied! but basically i live by the principals of a) if i can sing to it and b) if i can dance to it (double points if i can do both!)

Algo increíble que he hecho

Been able to fulfill so many of my dreams, including working in the music industry, living in London and the Caribbean, traveling the world and meeting some amazing, work in travel, lead some awesome teams, inspiring and challenging people... I am truly, truly blessed to have lived this life. But it ain't over yet!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

People are much better company when they're not being judged, but on the same token don't take the piss and realise that some people just don't gel - everyone is different in this life... So what can I teach?? Hmm... hopefully how to live life with an addictive mixture of humour, adventure and respect for the world around me. It's worked so far.
