Hey guys, you can call me Jai, I'm 20 years young and I was born on the island of Kauai but have traveled throughout the chain of the islands of Hawaii as well as to the state of Washington and now I'm living in Chicago. I'm engaged to an amazing guy, Kendal, of two years. We've met online and been together for over two years (yes that includes physically together and apart). I'm very down to earth and in touch with my spiritually and still growing at that while being conscious. I am told to be able to read people well, in terms of how they are doing internally and being trustworthy and an honest friend. God is the head of my everything and family is very precious to me. I graduated from Hawaiian Mission Academy on the island of Oahu in 2013 and since then I've been working, taking care of my family, traveled a bit (still working on that), met the love of my life and currently I am on the verge of becoming the self sufficient young woman I want to be.

I came across Couchsurfing just recently in need of a place to stay for my fiancé and I when I was going through a hard time. I see this as an opportunity to meet new people and share experiences. And in return for the kindness given, I would love to soon become a hostess.

兴趣

I appreciate the universe for keeping things in order, the ocean that calms my thoughts and the wind that soothes my skin. Meditation is important to me to establishing inner peace. I enjoy sports but my favorites are volleyball, canoe paddling, swimming and badminton. I love helping people in whatever I can do; you give good, you receive it.

I enjoy action and horror films mostly, books are amazing, and music helps to keep me sane. I recently went to Barnes and Nobles and realized that I no longer find interest in the urban fantasy (teenage books) kinda of thing. Soon I plan on reading mysteries and learning about eastern religions and whatever else may spark my interest. Last but not least, I enjoy listening to reggae, EDM, house music, hip hop, rap, new age and sometimes even Latin music.

In the eyes of many, I probably haven't done anything too extraordinary yet. But I've felt deeply, connected to the souls of the young and old and have felt the joy of helping someone finally establishing peace and confidence within themselves to do what they truly to do desire in their life. Life is a feeling process and I look forward to a long, fulfilling life.
