About Me

When I left Estonia in 2014 and went to Australia I didn't expect to stay there for long, at least not for longer than a year. But then I met my partner through Couchsurfing on my 3/4 night in Sydney (crazy huh) and now I'm waiting to get my permanent residency. :)
After living in Sydney for 4 years and being in the daily struggle, my partner and I decided it was time to travel. So we quit our jobs, sold most of our stuff and moved the essentials into storage unit.
No time limit, just seeing/feeling how it goes. :)
Started our journey in Bali and currently in Thailand before we make our way to Europe and I get to see my family after two years!!
I landed in Australia on the 2nd of June..now exactly 4 years later, I'll land in Paris with my partner and hopefully we'll be couchsurfing again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Both my partner decided that this trip should be different. We wanted to spend enough time in each place so we could actually experience the local life. When we can't stay in one place for longer, couchsurfing is the perfect way to experience local life. We get to meet new people, share our experiences and hopefully make friends along the way.

Interests

I'm a classic bookworm, I could easily spend days and weeks inside with a good book and not get bored.
Saying that I do love to explore. Whether it's just walking around in the city I'm staying in or going on scooter trips and exploring the countryside.
Music has always played a big part in my life. It's helped me get through tough times and amplified good times and experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Master and Margarita by Bulgakov, Unbearable Lightness of Being by Kundera, Crime and Punishment by Dostojevski, Stranger by Camus. These are the books that have stayed with me throughout the years.

Music: There are so many artists and different genres I listen to, so it's hard to name only couple. I think sharing music is one of the best ways to get to know people and form connections.

Movies: The Fountain, Pan's Labyrinth, Donnie Darko. All Tarantino movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
