Like everyone, I enjoy a variety of interests ranging from sailing to motorcycling to construction and mechanical work, video gaming, sewing and shooting, watching foreign films and dramas on Netflix, cooking and dining out... blah, blah, blah.
Seriously, like most people, the really interesting stuff is actually under the surface :)

We've met Jesus (in disguise) more than once. Some disguises are better than others, so it pays to keep an open and inquisitive mind.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have friends all across the country so don't surf all that much as our friends host us, but we are available for hosting others, and enjoy making new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a fair amount over the years; friends, friends of friends, people coming through, exchange students. Well before there was "couch surfing."
(Kind of like playing "Battleship" with a couple pencils and sheets of cross-hatched paper, before there was a game by Hasbro. :) )

Interests

Motorcycles as well as a good-size family sailboat and usually spend the summers motorcycling around or sailing Wisconsin fresh water. Between us we enjoy flying, biking, home remodeling, motorcycling, and alternative world views. Some of us especially enjoy good conversation while others like quiet evenings.

We have a decent big screen TV set-up and enjoy watching movies and videos from Netflix and our extensive collection.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Between those living in the household at any given time the answer could be anything from having skydived to having studied with some of the greatest teachers in the world on a topic of interest.

Teach, Learn, Share

Between us, we could effectively and competently teach a fascinating range of subjects, from motorcycling to sailing to French to target shooting to astrology.
