CURRENT MISSION

To hopefully gain some insight into the point of it all by not projecting everything into some distant future goal, and appreciating the present I have.

ABOUT ME

I'm currently trying on the scary profession of musician, and it's working for now! I play folk music, check it out on iTunes and Spotify and all that stuff, just type in my name :)

Other than that, I strive to be patient, understanding, impulsive, creative, kind and grateful.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a couple of main "mottos" or so that roughly guide my life:

I am a mortal enemy of ignorance. I would rather go insane from knowing the truth than to live easily based on fabrications.

I believe that really interacting and communicating with others like ourselves is a magical thing, and something that should be sought after and treasured every day.

We have no control over our lives, except minor details; any perceived control beyond that is an illusion. That being said, the only reaction is to be grateful and enjoy the adventure!

I love to couchsurf, having done so on a few trips throughout the US and Europe. I just recently got my own place so maybe I'll try out hosting soon!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In the fall of 2009, when I was studying abroad, I saw both the most powerful sunrise (in the middle of nowhere, in the Australian Outback) and most beautiful sunset (in Nusa Lembongan, Indonesia) I have ever seen in my life. Both took my breath away.
