ABOUT ME

Love to laugh and have a good time. I've been moving around for a while now, I guess about 4 years now? I lived in New Zealand for a few months, New Orleans for a year, Portugal for a few months, and now I've been in Italy for a year and a half now studying Communications and Marketing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed in Tahiti, New Zealand, Germany,and Portugal. I have met with a number of people while I was living in New Orleans, and have hosted a few since I've been in Rome.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've had amazing couchsurfing experiences, and made some really great friends whom I still talk to. Everyone I've met has been incredibly trusting and open minded. People have given me their keys, cars, surfboards, opened up their homes to me, as well as their minds and hearts. I'm so happy to be a part of something so unique.

Books-I'm a big reader-my mom is a librarian so I grew up on books, not television. We only had 6 channels on our television which was a good reason to never watch it. I've read more books in my 21 years than I can count, but my absolute favorites are: The Perks of Being A Wallflower, Tuck Everlasting, and The Great Gatsby. FAVORITE QUOTE ever is from The Perks of Being A Wallflower- "And in that moment, I swear we were infinite."

Movies- I will watch anything once. Favorites are probably Fight Club, Crash, Top Gun, Airplane, White Oleander, The Virgin Suicides. Anything Woody Allen. List can go on and on.

Music- Practically anything that has substance and AT MINIMUM one instrument :) Some favorites are Dave Matthews Band, Chet Baker, Explosions In The Sky, Jimi Hendrix, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Ella Fitzgerald, Chet Baker, Atmosphere, anything country (yes, I'm American) and Miley Cyrus is incredibly amusing.
