ABOUT ME

There are two of us..Kellie and Mert.

Kellie is of the turtle family, and Mert is a giant crab. This leads to interesting household dynamics, as crabs are a major predator of turtles. Kellie spends most of her time hiding in dark corners, and scurriging for food in the dead of the night. While mert, the evil overlord of the house, spends every waking hour hunting, usually with a deathly evil laugh, something like ha-ha ho-he he-heeeeeew. The laugh is more impressive in sound format, but the evilness can be felt by text also. Instructions for feeling evilness of text:
1. Print text.
2. Capture some crabs.
3. Enrage crabs by teasing them with the smell of turtle meat.
4. Put on the batman movie and play an evil laugh scene.
5. Light a fire, and allow it to reach its full destructive potential.
6. Enjoy the afterlife.

New to Toronto so I would like to meet people :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last time I was in Europe I used CS to stay with people..such a great break from hostel beds and an awesome way to see the less touristy parts of a place. This time we have a house so can host :)

Intereses

yoga, cooking, eating, finding the best kebabs in the world, photographing kebabs, debating on kebab price:quality ratios, having uncomfortably close relationships with kebab vendors, other food related activities (i must be hungry!) reading, cycling,all things nature, road trips, all forms of live music, especially reggae/roots/soul/funk/anything with brass/harp, or anything different or new is good :)

We saw a homeless baby get punched in the face by a monkey. Two monkey fists, one on each baby cheek...only in India.

A humpback whale and it's calf almost capsize a boat I was diving from.

A newborn goat, still with the cord and juices of birth-pushed into my unsuspecting hands as a thankyou present for some chowmein.
