I grew up in Georgia, and my US-base is now New Orleans, Louisiana. But for now, I'm living in the northern Philippines, working with a grassroots, sustainable development organization.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to the Northern Philippines and looking for adventure companions to explore the region! I'll also be traveling through Asia this year and hope to meet up with fellow lovers of food, drink, dance, whatever! and enjoy the city.

Interests

Walking (or biking) a city, hiking mountains, good coffee, live music, cheap beer or craft cocktails, making friends and anything outside.

I LOVE listening to live music. I'll try any, but I already know I like funk, rock, blues, jazz, alternative rap, r&b, rockabilly, psychobilly, classic country, reggaeton, reggae, afrobeat, alternative, ok... Too many to list, but I especially like anything with a groove!

I train Shotokan karate. And I'm always looking for someone to converse in French!

What I Can Share with Hosts

To my hosts - I love to cook. And craft cocktails to suit the drinkers taste using local ingredients. Also a firm believer food and drink are best served with good conversation.
