One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went spelunking in the Tempurung Cave in Perak, Malaysia, crawled through narrow spaces, slid down slopes, waded through flooded channels, and almost died twice.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I'd be glad to share with you some of the stretches based off yoga and ballet. I can also teach you some breathing techniques for classical singing.

Learn: I'd like to learn different recipes to make meals easier to prepare when you don't have the greatest access to ingredients.
