We have been a couple for three years, living together in Leicester for two years. Traveling has been on the back burner for a while and we have now come to the decision to leap out of our comfort zones to truly understand what life is all about.

Remember the saying "opposites attract", well this couldn't be more true between us two. This is why is works!

Kellie's enthusiasm towards the arts has spanned through her whole life as a performer, an artist and a designer. Working in hospitality, she has a keen eye for detail and customer care, always working hard to learn every new skill that is available to her. She is well traveled, visiting India, Western Europe and America but there is so much more to see and with company, the journey can be so much better!

Richard graduated in the Sciences and is an avid sportsman. Matched together, he has become inspired to learn more about nutrition and food. Wouldn't it be great to learn how to fish, grow organic vegetables, milk a cow! He is always eager to learn about different cultures and fully integrate himself with different people. Living in a very multi-cultural city, we always get involved in as many festivities and communities to appreciate different backgrounds and ways of living. We would love you to show us everything that your proud of in your town, city and country!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Understandably we are on a tight budget if we want to do as much as possible. But this is only one reason. After spending three weeks at a retreat in Denmark, we know that we would like to get to know different people to learn more about their culture and way of living. Good conversation, company and we can offer some good food!
