Hi there! I'm a bit of a nomad as I've lived in 7 states and 1 country (Spain!). However, a few years ago I moved to western New York and nowhere else has truly felt this much at home to me. As I get older, I attribute my love of travel to the many moves I made during childhood. I've never been used to sitting still in one place for too long, and that's what I prefer. I always like to have something exciting planned, whether it's getting rowdy with a group of friends for a big (American) football game, or traveling abroad, it's something to look forward too.

I'm pretty laid-back, very open-minded, and just like to have a good time. I'm an optimistic person and usually see the good in situations, or just laugh and make jokes about it if it's a crappy one. It is what you make it!

I spent one year on erasmus in Madrid, Spain and it was amazing. I took advantage and traveled to about 20 countries that year - Couchsurfing in a lot of them. There are so many places to see in the world and so little time! I want to see it all and love meeting interesting people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I couchsurfed all over western Europe over the course of a year and became kind of addicted to the concept of it all. I'd love to host in the future but I'm not able to at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started CouchSurfing the end of September 2011 and have had amazing experiences everywhere I have been. I have never had a bad experience and I've met some really cool people along the way. I love it!

兴趣

Obviously, I love traveling! But in general, I like dabbing in a bunch things and having different experiences. When I'm home, I'm very social and love going out with friends (bars, concerts, restaurants, sporting events, etc). I like to mix it up, and do random things or go to random events that are unique and out of the norm.

Everyone always asks me what my favorite place I have visited is. Truth is, I have loved them all individually and all for different reasons. One of my best memories is hiking through the Swiss Alps at the base of the Matterhorn. Is was gorgeous.
