ABOUT ME

I am 20 years old and love adventure! I love learning new things, but got stuck in a rut in school and decided I need a break to get a better perspective on what is out there in the world. My plan is to travel for a year before continuing my education in marine biology. However, this is just a loose idea and I'm open to wherever life takes me.

Willing to help doing whatever needs being done. Just FYI, i am a vegetarian with no plans to change that. If you have a dog that needs walking or attention, I'd love to help out!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in Montana, but am looking forward to meeting more people around the world. I plan on hosting when I've settled back down.

Interests

Anything outdoors, learning and trying new things, anything ocean or animal related. I especially love hiking, camping, and snorkeling. I don't have a scuba license and have never tried it, but I'm open to anything. I run regularly and like to eat very healthy. I take care of myself!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is the beginning of my adventure, I look forward to meeting new people and seeing all of the different things that are out there to be explored! I had an amazing time working remodeling a house on Fraser Island.
I worked in the intensive care unit of a hospital for a while, providing support for families of patients. It was a very rewarding experience to be there for people who were supporting their own loved ones.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook a few vegetarian meals, and am learning a few new recipes from people I have traveled with. I love learning to cook new things with fresh ingredients. I would be interested in a surfing lesson or two, but I expect I will be miserable at it. Try anything once!
