Well, my name is Kelly and i am South African, but my family immigrated to Australia 8 years ago. Right now I'm living in the UK volunteering in NFP communications.

I love to write, i love to laugh, and I love to be barefoot. I like to climb trees, I'm extroverted and a little silly. I love making friends, and i love finding out about peoples stories.

I have lived most of my life in Africa, and grew up amidst colourful people and beautiful views.

I love to travel, but for me traveling means a lot more than just seeing a few pretty views and old monuments. Theres something about forming relationships with people that makes traveling so much more real, and i think thats something unique Couchsurfing offers.

And Lord of the Rings is a close second.

My music taste is very...varied. I love rock/metal but at the same time i'll listen to a catchy pop song. Give me rap or classical music and ill probably be happy.

I will read any book quite happily, but my favourite genre is historical fiction and sci fi

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Probably living in a small rural village in East Africa for 6 months teaching children.

While i was there i kissed a giraffe in Kenya, walked through the Serengeti and lived in a hut where protected by guards with poison tipped bows and arrows. and then had a bow and arrow made for me.
