Explored my own country & back yard first (Australia, New Zealand & South East Asia) then moved to the UK. Lived in London (Brixton, not Shepherds Bush, haha!) and a little town in Derbyshire. Traveled through Europe but not near enough before visa ran out. Curses of minimum wage and GFC...
Next stage, moved to Canada where I worked/hiked in the Rockies and traveled North America. I've recently immigrated to Canada permanently so starting to settle soon somewhat and hoping to study soon.
Eternal itchy feet though, really want to do South America soon but my next trip is a New Orleans to New York adventure in May. Immersing myself in southern culture, music, dance, fun and friends along the way!
But also miss my peeps at home like crazy and can't wait to see them all again...

I've always been an unofficial host when based and a very hospitable guest when travelling. I started out working for Hosteling International in AU & NZ where I first got the sense of how diverse the world and it's people are and wanted to get out and experience it all.
I guess lots of random share house's, road trips & solo travels gives you an understanding of the universal 'code' and develops mutual respect. I strongly believe in travelling karma, 'winging it' resourcefully and that people meet for a reason...
I'm hoping to fully embrace new experiences, create memories and help others on their paths...

Music! Pretty diverse taste... Basically grew up on Dad's vinyl rock collection and progressed (or regressed?) into 80's cheese and 90's hip hop/grunge. Now it's still all that with some soul, jazz, indy, folk, and whatever makes me think, feel & groove!
Costume parties and dancing! Learning swing (Lindy Hop & Charleston) & failing at kar&danceaoke, haha!
Art, photography, reading, poetry.
Cooking, good wine & craft beer.
