My name is Kelly. I'm 24, just graduated from Marquette, and work as an accountant/payroll for a fitness management company. I live in Chicago with two of my good friends, a few miles from the center of downtown.

Interests

I love being active outdoors! Hiking, biking, rowing, running (just completed the Chicago Marathon!). I love traveling, meeting new people, and exploring all that life has to offer.

In my free time, you'll either find me outdoors, with friends, or in the kitchen. I love cooking and baking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not big on watching TV or movies - but I do have a soft spot for Reese Witherspoon movies. FAVORITE. As for books, I usually come out of the library with a truck load of books. More than I can read in the two weeks before I need to return or renew. Favorites include The Great Gatsby, Angela's Ashes, The Jungle, The Outsiders. I love when history comes to life - whether it's exploring and stumbling upon something from years past, or reading about it. I can't get enough.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the memories that sticks out is riding my bike down Pike's Peak. We started from the top in coats (it was snowing), and by the end, it was 70 degrees and beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to cook or bake for you. Preferably baking cookies. Or a pie. Brownies. Mmmmm. I usually make things from memory - no measuring cups needed.
