About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I would like to see as much of the world as possible. And I would like to meet many people along the way. There are billions of people around the world who are worth talking to.
ABOUT ME
I am a 22 year old student at the University of Idaho. My major is International Studies with an emphasis on Foreign Relations. I have worked at the Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County for approximately 5 years now, and I love my job a lot. I play minor league football for the Palouse Thunder of the Washington Football League.
PHILOSOPHY
The purpose of life is a life of purpose. My purpose is to help other people who were not blessed with the opportunities that I've been given.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am unable to host during the summer because when I am home from school, I stay at my parents' house. I would really appreciate somewhere to stay for a night in early September when my girlfriend and I visit Denver.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None.
Interests
When I have time and money available, I travel. My other interests include my job (B&G Club), football, using perfect grammar, pool, volunteering, struggling to learn Spanish, spending time with friends and family, and paying attention to the little things in life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Many artists, many movies (Man On Fire is my favorite), and Harry Potter or anything by Malcolm Gladwell as far as books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1- Gatti di Roma- an underground cat sanctuary in Rome. 2- A Cello player playing alone in the silent streets of Venice. 3- A random street performer playing the didgeridoo in the NYC underground subway system. The sound echoed throughout the entire subway, and was the most electric beat I've ever heard. 4- Living out of a friend's car for over a month after graduating HS and just traveling around the west.
Teach, Learn, Share
Traveling is the best education possible. You learn about the world, and you learn about yourself. Specific aspects of traveling that I enjoy are the difference in attitudes of the locals when they are either at work or just wandering around the city. I love looking down alley ways. I don't typically walk down them at night, but every alley in a big city will have something unique about it. I believe the personality of a city is not found in the tourist attractions but in parts of the city you don't read about online. It's found in minor details that reveal themselves to you unexpectedly.
