I am an avid traveller and have been a professional photographer for about 4 years now. I love to meet new people and see new places/cultures. I love to explore the world, and my dream job would be to work as a professional travel photographer. I'm very laid back and love to have fun and be free.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am new to CS and it's really cool! i love the concept of alternative traveling and i'm excited to meet other CSers!! i'm hoping to be able to accommodate CSers as they make their way through Israel, as I'll be moving to Tel Aviv in a couple of days!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started using CS in October 2008, and have CSed all over the Northeast USA. I've met a variety of interesting people and got so much more out of staying with them then I would have being in motels. Getting the local experience was the thing that excited me the most about CSing. Although I will always be a tourist when visiting a place that is not my home, with CS I was able to participate in local activities/discussions/traditions with local people.

my family has hosted many foreign exchange students from Japan, Korea, China, Brazil, Mexico, etc.. and as a similar type of hosting experience to CS, i have been able act as a 'local' perspective to these students.

yoga, art, music of all kinds, concerts, film, photography, museums, oriental cuisine, dogs and animals in general, traveling, reading, and anything fun/different/challenging.
