ABOUT ME

After nine months being stuck in that dark place, I realized I was fed up with it. So on this beautiful day, 3 November 1988, I decided that I wanted to see the daylight. From that day on my adventure in this place called ‘the world’ had started.

After a little while, this happy and very energetic child loved to run and to jump around. Certainly in her house which was a sort of obstacle track for her. So my parents decided to put me in a gymnastics club. I decided to quit when I was 17, because I was fed up with doing gymnastics for about 8,5 hours/week and because there was this other thing I should spend more time on…school!

After 3 years, I got the bachelor degree Office Management. I still hadn’t got any idea what kinda job I would like to do, so I decided to get a masters degree, which we couldn’t get in my former school. One street further I discovered the university college Lessius, where I also met a Hungarian student who introduced me to the concept ‘Couchsurfing’. I instantly felt I was getting smarter. I started my master year multilingual communication that I finished in 2011. To finish my study career in beauty, I added an extra master year "organization and management" at the University of Antwerp. I currently work here too.

Now that I have more time I picked up gymnastics again, started running, doing Taebo and BBB. I go to a lot of concerts too and I travel whenever I can!
