My husband and I live on a hobby farm in Athabasca county. Kris my husband works away two weeks on two weeks off and when he is home my two step sons are here as well. If you enjoy talking sports you will be instand friends!

It is 25 minutes from Athabasca 35 minutes from Westlock one hour from St.Albert and about 1hr 30minutes from Edmonton(depending what side of the city).

We have a border collie and a boxer cross that are inside outside dogs.

The boxer has some issues with personal space and is both playful and affectionate. She has never really "grown out" of her puppy stage. If you love dogs you will love her clown like personality.
We also have one inside/outside cat. You will probably only see him periodically either sleeping in the corner or loudly demanding his already full food dish be filled again.
I also have chickens, turkeys and guinea fowl that free range during the day. Some of my fathers cattle stay in our pasture over the spring and summer.

We live on a 133 acre parcel of land that has some nice trails and a creek that goes through just past the back yard. The area is beutiful as we are in the valley.
