Hi!
We’re Dee & Kels, blonde and brunette, both in our twenties, two girls from Mannheim, Germany. Dee is originally from Bonn, Germany and I’m originally from the U.S. Dee works at Roche, I work at SAP. Even though we're good friends, we're very different - in my free time, I follow politics and practice kickboxing, Dee plans her whole day around the next time she will have food, works & sleeps.
What we share is the passion of learning new cultures. For example, I spent a month volunteering in Peru during university and traveled across beautiful and exciting Idaho, USA, and Dee has travelled to Canada, India, and Colombia (ok so she has been to more exciting places...). Since neither of us have done couchsurfing, though, we thought we’d try it out together – so what better place to try it than Barcelona? 🙂 We both really want to get a new and different traveling experience and local's view of this amazing city (or so we've heard, you still have to prove it! 🙂 ).
We're looking for a place to stay without bothering or interfering with your life, but at the same time we'd love to get your advice, hear your perspective, and maybe have a glass of wine in the kitchen (on us).
