Hi everyone!

I just recently found out about couchsurfing, which is why I am so new! I've grown up in Ottawa and neighbouring towns my whole life, so I am very familiar with the area if anyone wants to meet up and tour :)

I work at arenas all over Ottawa to supervise public skating. If anyone wants to learn how to skate, I'm your girl!

I also really love watching hockey, because I work at a restaurant that serves the Ottawa Senators, Ottawa's National Hockey League team. I'll always be down to meet up at a bar to enjoy some good beer, conversation and hockey.

I study journalism at Carleton University because I love hearing stories from others and travelling

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I want to meet new people! I also am currently writing a journalism story about couchsurfing for a school assignment, so I'm hoping you couchsurfers will be able to help me and share your experiences :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't often have time to watch movies, I'm usually too busy running around town with school, work and to meet up with friends. I'm not afraid of horror movies though, so anything works!

I am a HUGE fan of EDM music. If you want to go to a show, I'll almost always be down. I have seen more than 30 concerts and shows combined, and electronic music is what has been my favourite for the past 2 years. However, I grew up in a small country town outside of Ottawa, so I still have those country girl roots. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't have a car, and I live outside of the public bus transportation system in Ottawa, so it would be too much of a hassle to host couchsurfers with me.

When I move out this summer, I hope to be able to host surfers really often :)
