Interessen

I spend a lot of time trying to stay fit and healthy. My major is exercise science and I am passionate about being the best I can be! I also own the greatest dog and I take him everywhere I can. I also love just spending quality time with people. I am all about really connecting with people and engaging in conversation, getting to know them! I am pretty low key though, I like to relax and enjoy life when I'm not working or busy with something!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

A huge moment was when I was in Africa and we were helping build a church floor and just seeing the peoples faces when they got to see it for the first time. It was amazing to see that just by putting in concrete, how much joy it brought them. They were so genuinely happy and grateful, I'll never forget how it felt to be a part of all that!
I would say that other awestruck moments weren't some huge thing, but really when you come to a self-realization. I have moments where I have just quieted my mind and the moment that everything is clear is incredible.
