I like to consider myself an independent an open-minded person, who likes to have fun and try new things. I'm currently in graduate school for biomedical science, which takes up most of my time. When I have free time I like to try new things and take trips with my friends. I love to see the world and all of its beauty.

I'm looking forward to meeting interesting people this summer as I try my luck at couch surfing. Some of the best experiences I've had occurred when meeting up with new people and exploring a new place together while also getting to know each other. I hope that I can make some new friends that will last a lifetime.

I enjoy talking about science with non-scientists - more of a learning experience for me as its an important communication skill that's difficult to obtain. I would also like to learn to speak other languages.
