When you hostel hop you meet travlers, when you couchsurf you meet locals and travlers with amazing stories and knowledge of off the beaten tourist path stuff to do. I live for stories, and hope that my life will become a good one.

Desert island top five?

"Books": Hamlet, Shakespeare's sonnets, The Hobbit, Egghead, and a survival guide.

Movies: LotR trilogy extended, Princess Diaries, Princess Bride, Legend of 1900, and Princess and the Frog

Shows: Psych, Community, Criminal Minds, Merlin, and Galavant

Music: Harry Potter audiobooks. I'll sing to myself. Unless I get to take 5 cds worth of random music then there's a 120ish song playlist to make.

Food: green beans, cauliflower, watermelon, pad Thai, and ice cream.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I backpacked Western Europe a few years ago by myself. It was wonderful. I went to around 18 cities in Great Britain, then Paris, and about 8 cities in Spain. I've also been to Vancouver Canada and Mexico City/ Monterrey Mexico, as well as quite a few cities all over the US.

I love to get lost. It is the best way to learn about anywhere!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about Shakespeare if you're interested, and I'm a pretty good cook. I can show you how to design a costume. I love a good story, and a good sangria.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a very clean guest, and I am happy to help cook and help pay for food.

I also really like postcards. I send them to everyone. If you host me let me know if you would rather have a postcard from my home, Missouri, or if you would rather have one from the next place I visit.
