ABOUT ME

Originally I came from Japan, beautiful islands. I have been living in Rochester NY since 2002. I am working on two big projects in here. One is my public art project, Big Picture Rochester, making the largest outdoor photo gallery in the world. Another one is food related business, Small World Food. It is a bakery, fermentry and icecreamery, which force for local & organic ingredients. I make miso, kimchi, and many other ferments.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since graduating high school, I feel like I have kept traveling my personal journey. It was started as a two year long motor-cycle trip in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Then I Moved in to U.S. by myself, studying a new language from scratch and making friends and exploring new cultures. Starting two businesses was also amazing journey, too. Though, recently I haven't traveled for while, so when I have time I wish travel somewhere in the world where I've never visited before.

I have close friends hosting for couchsurfers. So I have very interesting time withe them.
