ABOUT ME

I'm not smoker.I was born and grew up in china and living Okinawa now.

PHILOSOPHY

We are bad at predicting how happy or sad we will be in the future based on what's happening to us.
Possessions is not the key to happiness, because possessions you very quickly get used to.
You keep on running on the hedonic treadmill, but no matter how fast you run, you stay where you are
From there, there are two alternatives.
One is endless novelty.
You never... if you keep changing what you doing, you'll never get used to anything.and you'll always be happy.
Then there's the old guy alternative.
Step of the treadmill.
Give up chasing the whole happiness thing.
