I am a singer-songwriter, weaver and explorer. People, music and food are just a few of my interests.

PHILOSOPHY

What is simple is true.
My life revolves around serving others and singing to others. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than bringing happiness to my loved ones and to strangers. I belive that kindness and honesty will get you everywhere.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing and am currently just a surfer. When I return to the states I look forward to being a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I am a touring musician, I have experienced the generosity and hospitality of so many people around the world who have fed me and housed me. It has always been a pleasure and honor or me to host other musicians and friends who are traveling. I am excited to expand my community and meet other couch surfers.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The setting is in an old herring factory in Djupavik, Iceland. Djupavik, a collection of houses and a hotel in the West Fjords, 40 miles down a one lane dirt road that hugs the side of a cliff. The abandoned factory has empty water tanks...a group of musicians and I climbed through the man hole, played our songs and sang our hearts out....we channeled Sigur Ros who had played there years before. It was magical.

Music, friends, Iceland...unforgettable.

I want to become a better weaver, I want to learn how to spin wool, how to take care of sheep and harvest maple syrup. I want to learn how to use a potters wheel, do print making.

I can teach you how to play the guitar, sing and write a song. I can help you bake bread, plant a garden, preserve your fruits and veggies, and teach you to weave. I can help you identify natural dye plants and then create a dye with them. If you have a cow, we can milk it and then make cheese!
